Nardia truly brings the heart and vision to J&N! Her keen design eye and passion for property have been part of her story for years. She started reading property investment books at 16, which led her to buy her first property at just 18—she’s always been a go-getter. With a decade of experience in personal finance, she achieved her goal of financial independence and set her sights on working for herself. When she and James met, it was clear that their goals aligned, making it a natural step to build a business together in the industry they both love.

The team means everything to Nardia; she genuinely appreciates their passion and work ethic. We feel incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated team around us, making J&N what it is today.

Family & Pets?
Nardia and James have been together for over 10 yeas now, after getting married in Santorini in 2022.
Their dog Charlie is their world and friends, like family.
Nardia’s Dad is here in Tassie and her sister in New Zealand (perfect reason to travel).
Nardia's hobbies?
As previously mentioned, Nardia and James love to travel and exploring new places, so they do that as much as they can. Gym, friends, reading and listening to podcasts are essential too.
What's something a little suprising?
At 24, Nardia crushed out an incredible bikini bodybuilding competition, which was the perfect example of her discipline and determination. Once was enough, but was an exceptional effort.
